Subject: ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST

Only a handful of people showed up for the March Indiana SILC meeting, and
the chair went home before it could start.

Meantime, Gregory Mills, the latest Deputy Director of the Division on
Disability, Aging and Rehabilitative Services over Vocational
Rehabilitation Services (the DSU in Indiana), apparently won't be
collecting any more business cards in that capacity.

After about 3 months on the job, and only a few weeks after dropping by
the Indiana SILC meeting to tell everyone to just learn how to get along
becasue he was too busy to deal with their issues, he has turned in his
letter of resignation.

It's been years since anyone brough in to work in VR or for that matter
the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration knew anything about
VR or human services. The state has gone through an average of 2 new
administrators per year for about a decade now. Mr. Mills' strong suit
was supposed to be his Master's Degree in Business Administration.

The "I can't do anything, I'm new" game continues.
