Funding for SILC from state legislatures

This is charles burtis ex-officio of Tx SILC aka charlesb@tcb.state.tx.us
and we would like to know if any SILCs receive any general revenue funding
from their local states. The TRACS in Texas gets some general revenue 
funds but the SILC does not.
