Thoughts on Access Category

I posted the notes from the work group that was working defining
access. It was me that suggested that we use sub categories that follow
theAmericans with Disabilities Act. Now that I think more about
redefining the Access category, maybe it should just be eliminated. My
reasoning for this is that the word "access" refers to either anadjective
that describes something, fore example access/housing. Theword access
can also be used to describe an action, for example, acess to
information, access to services or any other use of the word you care to
use. Given this problem thatwe face with redefining access as a
category, maybe it is better off being elimnated. Just my thoughts on
this issue. I welcome the debate and any other suggestions that anyone
else has to say about this issue.
