At the PCIL meeting (Feb), several folks reported that they were anxiously
waiting on Roland to create this newsgroup.  I thought it would be a 
simple solution to pick up the phone and find out what the problem was.  
Roland reminded me that he had requested that we send to him via Email the
exact title that we wished for the newsgroup and the name of the 
moderator.  No one had followed through on the PCIL end.
Therefore, I took it upon myself to give him the information as per my own
preference.  Hope that it suits all of you.
