Colorado is doing a feasibility study of the Community First Choice Option and
identifying people for its Council.

You guessed it!  CMS needs to release the final Community First Choice Option
rules ASAP!

CMS hasn't released the rules so far today, but ADAPT's deadline is
approaching fast.

Literally millions of federal dollars tied up by the CMS delay. Those are
funds that can save or restore vital Medicaid services.
