Introducing the Emergency ICOIL Communication Card. These cards were
created by Ramona Harvey after she attended a meeting where the council
voted to call the police because she wanted to introduce herself, and
because she laughed involuntarily. The reas on: laughing violates a code
of conduct that was never actually voted on at a public meeting. Visit
the video archive of the March public facilitated discussion at
http://everybodycounts.org/icoil.htm

Emergency ICOIL Communication Cards distributed by the people at
onecandream and are designed to help people communicate at ICOIL meetings.
Use of this card will not protect anyone from the insanity, but we do not
recommend you attend a meeting without one.

The Code of Conduct stole my voice
If you are reading this it means
I laughed involuntarily, I'm sorry
It is part of my disability,
I'm just not stupid enough
