It has come to my attention that you have terminated the tenure of Jodi James from the position of chairman from the ICOIL board. You cited "disruptive" behavior and accused her of stopping the board from conducting any business, thereby slowing any forward progress. Are you aware, Sir, that the board members who protested Mrs. James's conduct are themselves involved in illegal conduct as to the misappropriation of funds (that's an example, you may not have heard of this since you are only listening to their side of the argument) and are themselves slowing down progress by not even showing up to the meetings in some immature attempt to voice their displeasure of the chairman. You should already know about all of this, Sir, because Mrs. James herself, along with at least 12 disabled members of the public who are directly affected by the actions of the ICOIL board, spoke to members of your staff only 3 weeks ago. Is it customary policy to only hear one side of the argument before making up your mind what to do? If so, then don't be surprised the next time someone voices their distrust of the political system, which you have let down by your careless disregard for anything resembling common sense. Enjoy your blissful ignorance, Sir. It comes at a price.
