This is pursuant to my email dated 12/20/06 in which I disclosed to you my displeasure at the casual rudeness you showed toward Jodi James, the former chairperson of ICOIL and one of the few people on that board who was actively pursuing avenues of growth and change in the field of disabled rights in Indiana. Since you had no real reason to get her off the ICOIL board except for the trumped-up charges (baseless though they were) offered you by those who had an agenda to remove her from the board, I can only assume you have some reason to keep the disabled from achieving the goals set forth by Mrs. James in her ICOIL mission points bulletin. If I am mistaken, I wish you would let me know either by phone or in writing. What have the disabled ever done to you, Mr. Daniels? Have we offended you somehow? Is this why you have sabotaged the ICOIL board's progress by catering to the evil whims of those who have decieved you into thinking they were actually accomplishing anything on that board? All relevant questions, Mr. Daniels. I eagerly await your intelligent, well thought-out rationale.
